Missed Work
If you miss a day of class, please check the Daily Agenda to see the assignments for the day. The student is responsible for copying any notes and printing and completing any worksheets or homework assignments. Missed labs must be made up within ONE WEEK of the absence. See Ms. Fox-Lent as soon as you return to class to schedule a time to complete the lab.
Writing Assignments
Weekly writing assignments will require the student to reflect on topics covered during the week. Writing Assignments will be entirely paperless. Students will submit assignments and receive feedback/grades through Turnitin.com. Many students already have an account created for use in their English class.
To log-in, go to turnitin.com and either sign in under your existing account or create a new account. On your first visit, enter the class code given to you by your teacher. Click on the Submit button next to the assignment. On the next screen, choose 'cut and paste file' from the first drop-down menu and then type your response directly into the textbox.
